Everything as advertised. Comfortable living space and beds. Pool and hot tub made the time very relaxing. Pay attention to the electricity fees.

This is an excellent vacation home! house was clean and spacious, stocked with everything that you needed. Close to fort Meyers beach and Sanibel Island.

Marco is an excellent host. Our questions were answered very quickly, and the house is clean and comfortable!

This is a great house with great amenities! The property is super clean and comes with everything you may need, including beach accessories. The only bummer was the fact that we couldn’t get the hot tub any hotter than luke warm.

Great place and location! The house and the pool were very clean. The canal was beautiful. The neighbors have four iguanas that live on their boat, which was a splendid surprise. Definitely recommend this place.

Great place. Great central location. Everything was awesome just as we expected. Quiet, elegant, well equipped. We’d book it again in a second.

Had a great time at the vacation rental. The house was immaculate when we arrived and had anything you could need. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking in the area.

Awesome Stay. Kitchen had everything and anything you will need. House was Super Clean. Plenty of towels for showers and pool. Neighbor was super freindly and helped out with ideas for boating. We were conservitive with power and havnt heard anything so must have been under. Just shut off lights behind you. lol. The location of this home was great. Car or Boat. About 20 minutes from everything. 5 min away from wallmart. if you get boat you are only 20 to 30 minutes from river.
I would definately stay in this exact home again. All 6 of our group agree. If we decided another location we would definatly use same host.

We stayed here with another couple and would have easily had room for a third. The house and property was immaculate and newly renovated. Fantastic stay! Everyone we met from the property management company was super nice and helpful... Would definitely stay with them again!!!

We had a WONDERFUL time staying at Paradise Pearl! From the moment we walked through the front door...the ominous was very welcoming & personal. We felt very relaxed & safe in this Beautiful home. Very nicely decorated with everything you need to cook your own meals. We started every morning off out on the lani having coffee & relaxing in the morning sun. The pool area is Peaceful with a spa that overflows into the pool, making the waterfall a very traqual background noise. The open floor plan is Wonderful, cooking or cleaning up after dinner your right in the heart of it all so you miss nothing. The Master bedroom is on one end of the house with a huge Master bathroom that has a Wonderful walkin shower with a rainfall showerhead. All 3 bedrooms have comfortable king size beds and there is a second bathroom between the 2 bedrooms that are opposite from the Master. This property offers a gas grill, but we didn't use the grill this trip. The dock offers a nice sitting area with a tiki hut and boat lift. We enjoyed how Peaceful it was just walking down by the canal & seeing the fish jump. Overall it is a Fabulous property and we will definitely stay here again when we visit Cape Coral next time!
