All Wischis Florida Homes have daily prices that vary seasonally. The minimum rental period is 7 nights. During Christmas and Easter it is 14 nights, and in the month of February it is 28 nights. We have no special weekly or monthly prices. Discounts are given depending on length of stay or in the case of a last-minute booking. Of course, as the home owner you can occupy your home any time it is available.
Every Wischis Florida Home is advertised world-wide and rented out exclusively by us. Currently we process more than 3000 inquiries per year and in 2019 this resulted in about 2500 guests and 850 bookings. Our guests come from more than 20 different countries around the world.
