The house was exactly like the pictures and I was so relieved because I’ve had a terrible experience with Airbnbs before. The house was very clean and the beds were all comfortable and the linen was freshly washed. The backyard and pool were amazing. My kids loved the house. It was truly a beautiful place to stay for 7 days. I highly recommend this house. The host was super responsive and answered all my questions. Thanks again

Our stay in paradise was fantastic! The home was clean, comfortable and so relaxing!.
It was very peaceful first thing in the morning and at the end of the day.
The pool was AMAZING and the beds were comfy!
We fully intend on revisiting and because our stay was so pleasurable have discussed looking into a vacation home in Cape Coral.
Check in Check out was seamless, I was a bit surprised we did not see anyone, however I'm not complaining

I am the type of person that really looks for that one review to really help me decide to book or pass, hopefully this review will be as helpful for you.

Or if you want the skip ahead version, there were a few things I would have loved to change/fix about our stay but I all in all ended up enjoying our vacation. I would probably not book again but for most this home would be the perfect fit. I just for one prefer more privacy & quiet.

The home itself was as described except you cannot see the up close/details. It could use a new paint job and cleanup trim/scuff marks all throughout the home, but overall it was nice.

Location was decent, in a quieter neighborhood although you can hear neighbors at times and other get togethers. We felt safe enough to take family walks around the blocks each night to enjoy sunset and admire the neighboring houses/landscape. A Starbucks was right down the road so that was an added bonus. The Janis and pool area is the highlight of the home and the pond is much smaller in person still nice and serene. We saw lots of birds big and small and ducks throughout our stay. Sunrises are beautiful with a cup of coffee by the pool. Fort Myers was the closest large destination beach, and the drive was about 35 minutes (planning our drive times around the busy hours) & never had any issues with traffic.

The kitchen area is nice and open and a direct view to the pool. The kitchen itself was nice and spacious. I didn’t expect it to be fully stocked but this one provided more minimally compared to other rentals I’ve booked. Nice dish set, glassware, drinks are, utensils, etc. blender, nice 4 slot toaster, coffee maker (a standard one), but there was minimal cookware & food storage containers or oils anything like that. We donated some olive oil, a Tupperware set, and some use and toss cookie sheets, foil, and zip loc bags, the cookware (skillets, and pots) could be updated.

The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, the two twins were hard & the queen was average.

My standards are above average so I will say the cleanliness could have improved but thankfully it was nothing too drastic.

Sandra was very easy to work with & responded in good timing! She was a reliable host.

We really enjoyed our time, house was clean, neat an organized. My kids loved the pool!!

We had a great stay! Nice quiet location. The pool area was wonderful! The house had all the amenities you could need including beach chairs.

Beautiful residential home. Perfectly clean. Wonderful pool overlooking the quiet pond. Sandra’s customer service was excellent. Kitchen has everything that you need. Would stay again!

Excellent stay in a nice location. Booked this place specifically for the pool and we were not disappointed! The only thing I would recommend is making sure to ask for specific directions to operate the spa if you’re not familiar with one. We had a bit of difficulty but Sandra did a great job communicating with us and we were able to figure it out no problem after that. Would totally stay here again!

We couldn’t have been happier with this vacation home. The pool with the private screened in porch is worth every penny. We had a problem with the refrigerator and they delivered a mini fridge to hold us over until the full sized could be repaired. Excellent service!

We loved the location of this home. It was sparkling clean and tidy! The pool was the main reason we booked this home and it was so fun!! We would come back here over and over again!
