Wir waren zwei Wochen im Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf unsere Anliegen wurde schnell und super freundlich reagiert. Das Haus ist nicht mehr ganz auf dem neusten Stand was die Einrichtung angeht, aber trotzdem zu empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder ein Haus über Marco und sein Team buchen.

Our family of 6 enjoyed our vacation at this home. Home was clean and spacious. Pool was great and view was nice. Location is good. About 40 min drive to Sanibel Island. Great shelling beaches.

My 4 besties and myself stayed 4/30 - 5/6. You’ll find everything you’ll need in this house. Plenty of chairs around the lovely pool. The location is good. A lot of good restaurants on Cape Coral Parkway. Highly recommend Papa Joes Italian eatery. Easy to work with Marco and the staff with reservations and questions. We never had any issues during our stay. Beds are comfortable.

This is a wonderful home, our kids loved the pool! The only downfall in my opinion is depending on what you want to do it is a bit of a drive to the beaches. Other than that we had a great experience!

Beautiful space! We were disappointed that the bathroom didn’t have the jacuzzi tub (as pictured) but the scenery definitely made up for it. We were also disappointed that the hot tub was having issues but the heated pool made up for it. A minor adjustment. Overall, definitely worth the stay!!

Great house private backyard and pool area. Had fun fishing and feeding the turtle under the dock by hand. Plenty of large pool towels and bath towels. Kitchen has a great selection of utensils and containers. We would stay here again, no complaints.

Treasure Island was a spotless and spacious home. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the privacy of the pool area. The kitchen was well equipped with all new appliances. It was our first venture to Cape Coral and found the area to be plentiful with great restaurants and shopping. If we could change one thing, it would be its proximity to the beach. There really is not a local beach that is nice. Not a problem for us....the pool area was super. Would love to return to this home for longer next year, but have a small maltese and pets are not allowed. We would have rented it right away for next year if we could have brought her. I would highly recommend this home.

Even better than advertised. The house was very bright and roomy. We really enjoyed the open layout of the kitchen and living room. The bedrooms are located at different corners of the house and with the kitchen and living room so spacious it never felt crowded. The view from the beatiful pooldeck was fantastic and the bamboohedge provided privacy. Overall a very nice house in good condition, and the management was very professional. We had a wonderful vacation and could easily recommend this house to anyone visiting Cape Coral.
