As soon as you open the front door to the Wischis Florida Home - The Dream, you will feel at home. The home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two outdoor showers, huge patio, and a heated pool with spa. The pool size is 55 ft length and 6´11 depth.

The Dream is a luxurious dream come true. It is centrally located in Cape Coral on a canal with access to the river.
Thanks to the Southern exposure of the house, you will be able to enjoy the sun on the patio all day long. Enjoy the cozy lounge area, and the large pool, which is heated via solar and gas.
The Dream is only a short drive from the beaches of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. There are restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping opportunities within a few short minutes from the home.
Different functions of the home are run either by electricity, solar or gas.

$5 gallon gas per day included ($35 per week), every extra gallon will be charged at $4 per gallon

$5 electricity per day included ($35 per week), every extra kWh will be charged at $0.15 per kWh

If it is your wish, we will try to find another renter for the period.
If we succeed, the remaining rental amount to be paid by you decreases accordingly.
We recommend you take out a travel cancellation insurance.

Deposit Policy

The deposit is due with signed the Short Term Vacation Rental Contract.
The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
Last minute:
If your booking occurs 28 days prior to arrival, the entire rental amount will be charged to your credit card.
The security deposit shall be refunded 14 business days after the tenant's departure.

We loved our stay here. Beautiful home and surroundings. I loved the way the house was styled, very unique! My kids loved the pool and we enjoyed walking through a friendly neighborhood.

Marco and team were great. The only issue we had is the floors seemed dirty, but as soon as I said something A cleaning team was sent out and it was taken care of. They were always responsive and willing to help!

The home is beautiful, but the best part was the pool. It is HUGE, and was able to heat up quick even though we had cold temps. Our entire family loved it. Tons of space to play, jump, swim…and the hot tub was great too.

Overall an awesome stay.

We had a great family stay & barely left the house! Screened-in pool area and hot tub are amazing, everything is very comfortable, and communication is great. There was an issue one day with the pool pump, but everyone was great about getting someone to come have a look on short notice and it was easily resolved. We enjoyed our time very much, the house really is a dream.
