The property is very nice. Everything was clean upon our arrival. The hosts were responsive whenever we had questions and they gave extremely detailed instructions prior to and during our stay. There were plenty of beach chairs for us to take with us to the beach, and even beach toys for our daughter to use. We had two cars and there was plenty of space for parking on the property. We had a great time during our visit.

This place was very nice, super clean and had plenty of amenities. It is on a busy street but the home is well laid out and comfortable. I would definitely rent here again, especially since Marco communicated well for arrival and departure but allowed me to enjoy the place the rest of the time unbothered. Thank you!!

This home was immaculate and well equipped with everything you could ever need during an extended stay. Marco our host was very accommodating and a great communicator. My family and I stayed here for a full week and rarely left the house as it had everything we needed right there, from a fully functional office space to keep up with work, great floor plan with comfortable seating and dining areas and of course the pool which was amazing and also very clean. We will absolutely be booking one of these homes hosted by Marco again for our next trip to southwest Florida.

The house was new, very nice floor plan and neat as a pin. Pool was perfect to cool off in on those hot summer days. The kitchen and entire house provided everything we needed. We were told ahead of our trip, which items we might need more of, so I brought extra wash and dishwasher tablets just in case. Very organized check in and out. Busy street, but not a problem with a circular drive. Would certainly recommend this property!

A great place for a stay in Cape Coral! The house was extremely clean upon entry, and everything was ready for us when we arrived. Well stocked in supplies and equipment. There was pool and beach equipment that we did not expect to be there, which saved us from needing to buy equipment. Owner was always quick to respond to messages. Very easy to work with, and a great place to stay. Definitely recommend!

House was amazing!! Love love it! The only issue is it’s on a busy road. But it didn’t bother us at all. The internet went out a couple of times but communicated with the rental company and they were responsive with helping us gain access again. Super easy just unplug and wait for 60 secs. We travel every where. Beaches were about 35 mins. Sanibel/captiva island was amazing and no far from the house. Will rent again! Pool was amazing for the kiddos

This is a wonderful home away from home. All details are thought through. We had all the normalcy of home. Very beautiful. Not far from the beach. Only warning I would give anyone would be watch the drivers down there. This is nothing to do with this home owner nor anything they can control. But this road is like a race track. The neighborhoods are nice to walk around in as well. We were very happy with our stay. Would definitely use this again if given the opportunity. Pool is wonderful to cool off in. It is also the perfect size.

Our family loved this house ! We where very surprised how house was prepared for our stay. House is very clean, kitchen fully equipped. Kids loved the pool ! House is located within 8-10 minutes from all major stores.Neighborhood is quite and safe Fort Myers beach only 25 minutes away. If we’ll get back to Cape Coral I’m not going even look for any other place. 100% worth the money !!! Management company allowed us to extend our stay when our flight get canceled due to weather conditions. I’ll recommend this house and management to anyone who is looking for house rental in Florida.

This house was perfect for our family who needed some new scenery for 2 weeks. The house is beautiful, spacious, and well stocked. We so enjoyed having our own pool, as well as space to live and work for 2 weeks while we took a much needed break from the cold Midwest winter weather. Cape Coral is a very convenient location for groceries and restaurants and many beaches and places to explore were within a 30-45 min car ride. Overall we were so happy during our stay, and so grateful to have a safe, enjoyable place to stay during the pandemic. The host’s communication was also excellent!
