Within 5 minutes you can reach the river by boat, and from there it is not far to the white-sand beaches of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach.

This house had 4 clean big bedrooms with king size beds. The pool was great! Directions for running the spa were a little unclear but we did finally get it figured out. we had a great time relaxing in the pool and exploring many great local restaurants.

My husband and I had the best time relaxing in this gorgeous house.The layout is excellent. Very clean.Pool and hot tub amazing.Communication with host was amazing. We stayed at house everyday. Cooked all meals there. Will be back. Best 5 nights!

This house was great. Clear directions before arrival, clear directions on counter and before check out. The rooms were very spacious, beds were very comfortable, plenty of dishes and pans, lots of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, good wifi, excellent pool and outdoor area...we had a blast! You won’t be disappointed with this home. Definitely a 30 minute drive to Ft Myers beach because of traffic but Cape Coral has a great beach and lots to do. All of our eating out was in Cape Coral. Our family had a really great week!

„You will be blown away by this villa. Space easily accommodates a large family. You will have a blast. We spent more time in the home than expected because of its wonderful features. Heated pool, jacuzzi. Multiple tv fro entertainment and grill. Lanai for easy outdoor fun. Alll this and so much more!!! Will be back!“

This house felt like home! We did not want to leave. We all enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely be back. Out back was our favorite spot and we spent most of our time there! Nice rooms, spacious kitchen. They have beach towels for you which is awesome!!! Thanks Marco and Sandra we will be back 🙂

Our group of six adults thoroughly enjoyed our trip! The home was clean and inviting with so many amenities and plenty of space to spread out!!! Beach towels and other beach items were available for use. The patio/lanai area was great for hanging out after a day of beaches and sunshine. We enjoyed spending our mornings in the lounge chairs drinking coffee, reading, and looking out into the canal for any signs of wildlife. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors on each side. We did have trouble with the air conditioning unit one day, but after calling the property manager it was up and going in no time. They were very quick to respond! We had a terrific time, felt well taken care of, and will definitely consider staying here again! Thanks for making our stay memorable!!!

A wonderful home. We even had several dolphins in the canal behind the house early one morning. They were herding fish into the back on the canal and then had a feast! What a great way to start the day.

This was a perfect place for our family to stay while on a brief golf trip to southwest Florida. The property is extremely clean, a great pool to relax in the evening and very spacious. I would recommend this place for any foursome making a golf trip to the area.

My wife and I, along with 2 of our grandchildren, have just returned from a week living in this very beautiful home. The property is in terrific shape, beautifully furnished, with a large pool and screened enclosure sitting right by a quiet and very pretty canal. The management company, Wischis Florida Home, were terrific to deal with - prompt, friendly, and efficient. The house and pool were a blast. It was hard pulling the kids away from the pool some days to get to a beach. We plan to return.
