We stayed for 16 days with 4 adults.
Pros: kitchen well outfitted for cooking
Large master bed & bath
Large common areas
Beds are comfy
Pool & Pool towels are nice
Pool heat only adds about $5/d so it’s worth it
Good wifi
Cons: floors not very clean
Bathroom drains very slow due to hair clogs
No indoor rugs anywhere in house
One kitchen towel and 6 bath towels seemed inadequate for long stay.
We travel at least 6x/yr to tropical locations and are familiar with bugs and how to keep them at bay. There were more information bugs here than we usually experience.

The house was wonderful! It was very clean and located on the canal. It was amazing to swim in the beautiful pool and watch all the iguanas around the property and hear the fish jump. It felt like a tropical oasis! The house itself was beautiful and very clean! We didn’t have any issues with checking in or checking out - very seamless! I highly recommend this house!

Great place, nice pool. All self service. Check-in is through lock box. Few things to be aware of but they’re not major.
Plan on spending about 20% more on top of the nightly advertised cost on cleaning and other fees.
Note that you will be responsible to pay extra $ on electricity for normal hot summer electricity usage. There is a $5 per day allowance but we had to pay another $50 for the week extra for usage. Expect 24 hours response for non urgent matters. We didn’t have anything urgent. Plan on buying dishwashing soap and toilet paper if you have a big family. Also, plan on cleaning the grill if you use it, otherwise you pay $25 to have them clean it. Overall it was a great stay and we loved the place. I recommend it.

The Blue Lagoon was great. Very short drive to Fort Myers and Sanibel Island. This location is very homey, not a major vacation spot, but a short drive to most desired locations. Overall the house is amazing, the bathrooms and kitchen seem like they were recently renovated and the backyard is astonishing. Nothing better than your own private pool in the backyard.

Love, love, loved this home! Location is perfect with a short drive to great beaches at Fort Myers and Sanibel and lots of dining options - Lobster Lady was our favorite. Everything is there that you need for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys…no need to haul stuff with you. And the pool - amazing! So quiet and peaceful back there. I think we spent more time in and around the pool than anywhere else. Beds were super comfy. The kitchen has every thing you need including a great old school glass blender for frozen drinks. We will for sure be back!

This house is located right on the canal which gave us the opportunity to see a dolphin every night right by the dock. The kids loved the large swimming pool, and the house provided all the beach items we needed. The house was super clean, large and gave our family the best week of relaxation. Thank you!

We loved staying at this house. The house was super clean, decorations made the house so cozy, beds and pillows super comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and the pool area was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend this house. If you are looking for a place to relax and get away from all the busyness and have all the comforts you have at your house, this is the place to stay.

This oasis that we stayed in was certainly a slice.of paradise. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect to get around.to different areas, but would be an amazing place just to stay the whole trip. The second day we were there we heard dolphins in the canal, the view is incredible, comfortable beds, and so many large windows and sliding doors for access outside to the amazing backyard pool area. We will definitely be returning again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. That master shower was AWESOME!! I need one of those at my house!! The pool area was absolutely beautiful. Being on the canal was very nice, I laid in the sun and my husband was able to fish - the best of both worlds!!! I would highly recommend this house to anyone

Perfect getaway for a relaxing vacation or days off with the sound of nature , relax at the pool or go fishing.
Our family really enjoyed the stay in the Blue Lagoon, everything you need is there .
Very friendly town with a lots of interesting places to visit and lots of stuff to do !!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cape Coral house. The pool was amazing! The palm trees and small fountain added such a nice touch. The location is good. Close to shopping and the harbor. We were able to make a few day trips to Captiva, Bonita Springs and Naples as well. I would definitely recommend this property!

My family and I just got back from a wonderful stay at the Blue Lagoon home in Cape Coral. It was our first time ever using Airbnb, so I was a tad nervous as to what to expect. I can happily say that the bar has been set super high, based on our experience! The house was spotless, spacious, super comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The pool was beautiful, clean and warm. The kitchen was stocked with everything! I love to cook and you can tell there was a lot of thought put into what a family would need for a weeks stay. There was plenty of beach towels and bath towels. Any questions we had (which were very few) were answered quickly. I would highly recommend this home to my family and friends and would certainly stay here again if we come back to the area!
