The deposit is due with signed the Short Term Vacation Rental Contract.
The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
Last minute:
If your booking occurs 28 days prior to arrival, the entire rental amount will be charged to your credit card.
The security deposit shall be refunded 14 business days after the tenant's departure.

An absolutely lovely home and a good location especially for the price, only about a 20/25 minute drive to Fort Myers Beach. There is not as much communication as there would be if it were a privately owned house versus the company but absolutely no other complaints! They answered the questions that needed answered, it just took a bit longer.

Good location in Cape. Close to many things and the beach. The house is well equipped, clean and very comfy. The pool is also fantastic. The bed is extremely comfy and the neighborhood is pretty quiet.

We LOVED our stay at this home! It was in a very safe area with a backyard that felt very private. Everything was open, huge, clean, and the pool with the screen lanai was a dream. It was the perfect temp, had a shallow end and a deep end, and wonderful lounge chairs. We even were able to rent a Pack n Play from the rental company just by sending a message on Airbnb. One tip would be to bring some cleaning supplies from home so you don't have to buy a large amount at Publix and not use it all (laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels). They provide some to start but it was not enough for our 5 night stay. They were great hosts and I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the house! The area is very nice and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed having our own pool and a full kitchen. The address is about 30 mins from the beach but it’s an easy drive! Very close to grocery, drug/conscience stores, and restaurants.

The Sunny Island is perfect! The house is beautiful and very clean. The location is great! Not too far from Fort Myers beach and Sanibel Island. Also close to grocery stories and restaurants. My family and I had a wonderful stay. If your looking to have trip to Fort Myers I highly recommend Marcos place. You won’t be sorry.

From our arrival to our departure 3 weeks later everything was great. Weather was a little cool this year but the Wischis Team & the comfortable home made up for a nice stay. Kitchen was well organized & very neat. Towel animals in bathrooms and radio playing at arrival was a nice touch. Check in was very efficient by Marco at the appointed time. Stores were close & the area was good for extended walks.
