Great location, very nice house

Beautiful house in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Pool and spa were awesome. We will stay here again

We rented this house for 3 weeks. It is very spacious and comfortable. There is a nice table outside by the pool as well as 2 other tables inside. They made great places to eat and play games. The pool was nice and they had pool toys and floats in the garage for our use.
They have a full kitchen with everything you need to cook. The ice machine in the fridge worked well and the water was filtered out of the fridge so it tasted good. They have a gas grill outside that was clean and they had grilling utensils. We didn't use it but it would be great if one wanted to grill out.
The master bedroom and bath is on one side of the house and the two other bedrooms are on the other side. This was nice for privacy.
The pool area is very private since the neighbors have white vinyl fences. We loved the privacy it provided. This house is also in a nice neighborhood. It was quiet and everyone seemed friendly when we went for walks. It is very close to many restaurants and stores as well. We drove to Sanibel Island 5 different times. It was about 45-60 minutes depending on traffic but well worth it for a day at the beach. It was also only 75 mins from Venice Beach to the North.
There is a tv in each bedroom and in the living room. They use a Firestick and they had Sling, Netflix and Amazon prime so there was plenty to watch. There is also a blue ray player. The internet wasn't real fast but was fine for what we needed.
We couldn't figure out if there was a way to just heat the hot tub without it heating the entire pool but it wasn't a big issue. We heated the pool and hot tub area to a comfortable temperature and enjoyed it several days. The screen over the pool area was nice and it was set up as a great place to hang out for a sunny day. We would recommend staying here and would come again.

The home is well appointed, clean and have nice Amenities. We enjoyed our stay, and certainly would stay again.

I was looking for a place that wasn't tourist attraction but still have everything right there. I was very impressed with area. The house was amazing. Very well kept. Loved that my kids (ages 16 and 19) had each their own bathroom. The pool and hot tub was definitely a plus. Miami and Ft Lauderdale was just another couple hours away so that was an amazing trip too. Naples Beach is the cleanest and beautiful blue water beach and it's only 30mins away. All in all definitely recommend this company and this house. Property management was just a text away and that I loved. Thanks for a wonderful and pleasant week.

The place was vey nice. We had a wonderful time. The rooms were great the pool was wonderful. Everything was clean and we had no issues. We would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice vacation home for my family and I. We came for a baseball tournament and it was located within about 20 minutes of all of our events in the Cape abd Fort Meyers. The house was clean and spacious for our family including my two teenage boys.

This vacation home is luxurious, and we enjoyed the clean pool, clean bathrooms, kitchen, and all the amenities. The house is very spacious located in a quiet community close to a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. One of the best vacation stays we have had!

What a beautiful, well kept home. The four of us enjoyed the 18 days so much that we booked again for next year. That says, we liked it a lot, pool, hot tub, kitchen, new grill, comfortable beds, and tone of space. Highly recommend this rental, we have used VRBO for about 60 weeks of rental time over the years and this one ranks easily in the top 5%. You won’t be disappointed Four from Forest Lake, MN
