Liebe Urlauberinnen, liebe Urlauber!
Dies ist meine erste Bewertung welche ich in meinem Leben schreibe. Da der Aufenthalt aber so großartig war bin ich der Meinung dem Haus sowie der Hausverwaltung WISCHI diese paar Minuten meiner Zeit schuldig zu sein.
Sämtliche Fragen und Wünsche wurden vom Team WISCHI perfekt, schnell, top motiviert und freundlich beantwortet. Auch hatten sie einige Tipps zum 4. Juli in Cape Coral auf Lager. Das Haus selber ist traumhaft, die Bilder entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Im Haus selber gab es eine Willkommensmappe welche viel nützliche Informationen für Cape Coral bereit hielt (Englisch und Deutsch). Der Pool ein Traum, die Plattform am Kanal hat uns einige schöne Stunden beschert beim Beobachten von Schildkröten, Fischen und „Tauchvögel“ welche man beim Fischen beobachten konnte. Die Lage des Hauses ist zentral zu allen Aktivitäten welche wir unternehmen wollten (Restaurant, Einkauf und Sehenswürdigkeiten). Auch ein kurzer Schwatz mit den Nachbarn hat sich ergeben wo man einmal mehr das Gefühl hatte zu Hause zu sein.
Wenn ich mit drei Worten unseren Aufenthalt beschreiben soll fällt mir nur ein GROSSARTIG, TRAUMHAFT, PERFEKT. Sollten wir wieder einmal in Cape Coral einen Urlaub machen buchen wir dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder (sollte es frei sein).

The house was great! Everything was very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked the beds were super comfortable and the kids loved the pool! We spent a lot of time out on the screened in patio and ate dinner out there every night. Host was very quick to respond to any questions I had! Hope to return in the future!

Stayed at Marco's place for 7 days. House is in quiet neighborhood, super clean and beds comfortable. AC working great. Kitchen well equipped. Pool nice size and clean. TV had regular channels available on top of Netflix, Hulu, etc. We were happy with accommodation and would stay there again. Thank you, Marco.

This house was perfect. The location is great for other activities nearby. The house layout was great too. Having a pool on rainy days was perfect for the kids to continue to enjoy their stay. The canal in the backyard was perfect for fishing in. We really loved this house.

This home is spacious and decorated so pretty. The kids loved fishing in the canal and the pool was a great size too.

The home is super clean and extremely well stocked with towels, dishes, cutlery, and cookware, as well as many other gadgets and tools one might need in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the layout of the home is great- it's very spacious and the pool area is a very comfortable hangout area with options for sun or shade. It's a quiet and calm neighborhood- we felt safe and rarely even saw other people. We stay at lots of rental homes and this was probably our favorite so far- had it been on a saltwater canal instead of a freshwater canal, we would consider buying it!

we stayed here during the Christmas holidays and we just loved it.. The house was spotless. Every room had a T.V. except for one.. Up to date appliances. The pool was wonderful and they had a cleaning person that would come out and clean it. We will definitely rent here again. Just loved it, we didn't want to leave.
