Great location and house.

The place was great. The kids loved the pool. We felt right at home. Beautiful scenery.

We had an amazing time staying at Key West Sunset. We didn't want to leave!!! the home is well stocked with everything you need. We felt so welcome from the second we arrived. Our flight was delayed so we notified them to let them know it would be late at night when we arrived, it we nice arriving and seeing they had the lights on for us so we didn't have to walk into a dark home. We spent the majority of our vacation at this beautiful home. We only ate out once a day because the home had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The back terrace and pool area are perfect. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. Most days, we fell asleep on the lounge chairs or on a pool float. They have everything you need at the home and also have beach chairs and umbrellas if you want to spend the day at the beach. We looked at so many homes while trying to decide where to stay, and we are completely satisfied, and we would definitely pick Key West Sunset again in a heartbeat!!!!

Great place’s everything is better then as advertised, great value. Will be back next year.

Great place, good host !

Our stay was none other than an exilerating experince! The house was very cleanly and was stocked with cleaning supplies, dishware, etc.
When it came to the gorgeous pool and lake outside, pool toys and fishing supplies were provided which made family bonding all the more memorable.
Even indoor days, there were a wide selection of channels to watch and game activities provided.
Overall, our stay was very relaxing and comfortable for a nice summer getaway. Definitely will plan to come back!

My family had an amazing time here. Beautiful home, pool area, location and then there's the view it's absolutely stunning. This place was definitely worth every penny.

Top Lage, super schönes Haus, sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation. Obwohl Waschmaschine defekt war, hat Vermieter schnell eine unkomplizierte Lösung angeboten - sehr guter Service.

Beautiful home, very clean and wonderful for relaxing.

This home was beautiful all around, the inside and outside. The pool was our favorite with the sunset! The beds are pretty comfortable too. The deck was nice to fish off of although we had no luck. The showers are huge which was nice. Definitely felt like a safe neighborhood. It’s about a 30 minute-1 hour drive to the beaches which isn’t too bad.

Cons: The pool light didn’t work so we had to hangout at night in the dark. The communication could’ve been a little faster regarding the issues we had. They did accommodate the issues, so overall it was a good experience.

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our vacation in this home! The house was everything we needed for my family of 5. My kids loved swimming in the pool. My husband and I enjoyed lounging in the outdoor screened in area while watching the fish jump in the canal. The location is great! Close enough to drive to all of the gorgeous beaches and islands. We will be back!

This was our first time in Cape Coral, and not staying directly on the beach. We loved it! The views were serene, the neighborhood was quiet, and the pool was a hit! There were 5 of us, and we were able to enjoy time together and in our own space. It was like being at home without the hustle and bustle of busy schedules - just what we needed after a challenging COVID school year.

The house was amazing! Loved the layout and worked so well for our family. Great location on the canal. House was spotless and worked so well for our family. More than enough space for the 5 of us. Kids loved the pool and we didn’t even really need to leave the house. Only left to grab ice cream and the ice cream club. Definitely make the drive to siesta key beach! Most beautiful beach I have ever been to. Will definitely be staying again.

Everything was spotless and clean. The home was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay!

Wir haben schon mehrfach Villen über Wischis Florida Home gebucht. Immer einwandfreie Abwickung erfahren. Super Service. Fragen werden schnell beantwortet und Tipps und Anregungen gegeben. Häuser entsprachen stets der Beschreibung. Haben eine tolle Lage. Sind sauber und gepflegt. Selbst Kleinigkeiten (z. B. defekte Beleuctung usw.) wurden sofort behoben. Sehr professionelle Abwicklung und Betreuung.

Key West Sunset hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Klasse Haus in ruhigen und gepflegter Umgebung. Super Lage am Kanal. Große Garage. Alles für Strandbesuche (Sonnenschirm, Stühle etc.) vorhanden. Auch die Ausstattung ist vollständig. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen. Man kann sich einfach wohl fühlen.

Our family of four (children aged 13 and 9) needed a respite from a brutal Nova Scotia winter. We chose southwest Florida for its happy combination of warm temperatures, beautiful beaches, and varied excursions. To choose a house from hundreds of options, however, was a far more daunting task fraught with uncertainty and trepidation. For anyone with similar fears, I assure you - you can rent Key West Sunset with 100% confidence and peace of mind. The property is even better in person than it appears in the photos, and every last detail is first-class - from the quality of the linens to the cleanliness of the pool to the care and thought that were obviously invested in the small touches that made a rental house feel like a home. Equally as important (or maybe more so!), the Wischis folks are completely wonderful to deal with. They answered every one of my pre-rental questions, no matter how trivial or inane, promptly and courteously. The house was immaculate upon our arrival, we were able to enter immediately thanks to advance receipt of the electronic entry code, and check-out was a breeze - at no time were we compelled to make tedious side trips to a remote office to pick up / drop off keys, sign papers, etc. Rather, they came to us - a much-welcomed convenience - and were able to answer additional questions after we'd had a night to get settled. (I'm certain the experience would be exactly the same for every other property in Wischis' portfolio.)

Some specific notes on the property and the area: Nice, quiet street with friendly neighbors. The pool area faces west, so you benefit from the afternoon sun, and the sunsets over the canal are stunning. The pool is heated by default to 80 degrees Farenheit, but it is easily adjusted - we turned it up to 85 degrees, and it cost just a few dollars per day to do so. We never used the air conditioner except while sleeping - the entire back of the house is sliding glass doors that we opened wide first thing every morning. The beds are comfortable (as is all the furniture), the WiFi is fast, all the appliances are top-notch. Several Publix grocery stores are within a 10-15 minute drive. We visited just about every beach in the area, from Naples (~1 hour) to Bonita (~40 minutes) to Sanibel (~30 minutes) to Captiva (~1 hour). Naples and Captiva were our favorites. You'll find beach toys and beach chairs in the garage, no need to bring or buy any.
